Today's post made me queasy. I hate that feeling of disappointment with an unresponsive HPT.
My first positive didn't happen on the HPT until two days after my beta (the clinic called me with the news after two days because the results were delayed due to a holiday).

No, does that mean you did it and it was negative - being coy about things just confuses the crap out of me.
I thought your beta was Tuesday but I screwed up, it's TODAY - Monday. I really hope you are at home getting some great news right now.
